Deliveries
We can deliver to addresses in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland and virtually all other countries in Europe using DPD’s Classic service.  Please allow up to 3 working days for the UK/CI/IoM/RoI and up to 8 working days for other European countries. 
We can also deliver to a number of countries outside Europe (see list below) using other parcel carriers.  It is not possible to provide an accurate estimate of the delivery schedule for these destinations.
Delivery charges including VAT, postage and packing will be added to your shopping basket during checkout and are as follows:

Deliveries to the following countries only can be accepted:  Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Chile, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey and UAE.

Returns
We regret that we do not provide a free returns service. Any merchandise that you wish to return should be sent within 14 days of receipt with the original packaging to:

together with the enclosed returns form stating the reason for the return.  You are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage in case of non-delivery.
Refunds will not be given for damaged or missing items except:

  1. where the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition and the damage has been notified to the carrier at the time of delivery or
  2. the goods have not been delivered to you in accordance with the delivery instructions.

Postage and packing will not be refunded except where:
a) the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition and the damage has been notified to the carrier at the time of delivery or
b) the goods have not been delivered to you in accordance with the delivery instructions.
Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days and this period is included within your 14-day returns guarantee.
